TESYouth was launched to assist young people affected by unemployment to receive the support and advice that they need. Our mission is to put an end to the misery of youth unemployment and to get as many young people as we possibly can onto the career ladder.
If you’re aged between 18 and 25, are struggling to find the employment and tired of being rejected by employer-after-employer, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
We lead and assist you to identify your own potentials, what your skills are and to identify just what it is you need to do to re-install hope into your life if you have been hit hard by unemployment. We encourage and lead you to take proactive action to improve your life and communities.
You will be engaged in healthy activities to boost your self confidence, team work and team building.

The Traineeship work experience is un-waged and you will gain hands-on work experience and a career in PR / not-for-profit organisation / IT / sales and marketing.
Work experience is a great opportunity to learn business skills by spending time in a real workplace. The programme is between 2 and 8 weeks and could significantly improve your employment prospects.
