Our work experience, workshops and training programmes are tailored to offer only the most relevant, up-to-date and useful employment advice possible.<\/p>\n<p>We provide the tools that transform lives, speeding up the path to employment or entrepreneurship. Our mission is to unlock the potential of young people, giving them the confidence to apply their talents so that no skill is left unused.<\/p>\n<p>We tailor our programmes for both job seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking independence. Our goal is to ensure youth remain focused and capable of overcoming any challenges that arise<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer a vast range of workshops and training modules to cater for an array of needs and requirements, whether you\u2019re looking for a job or hoping to start your own business. These include\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT, Computers and internet<\/li>\n<li>Online Enterprise and E-commerce<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Business &amp; Self employment<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tesyouth.org\/t\/gain-work-experience\/\">Work Experience<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tesyouth.org\/t\/volunteering-opportunities\/\">Volunteering<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Attending our workshops and training programmes leads to various benefits, such as\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discovering and developing new and existing skills<\/li>\n<li>Receiving expert advice on self-employment and starting your own business<\/li>\n<li>Learning how to maintain a business<\/li>\n<li>Increased confidence in interviews<\/li>\n<li>A better understanding of the job market and what employers are looking for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The aim of our workshops and training programmes is to ensure that our learners walk away with renewed focus, self-esteem and motivation. Many students begin our training courses and workshops confused about the direction in which they wish to head and end them knowing exactly what their goals are and the steps they need to take to try and achieve them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tesyouth.org\/t\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/img5.jpg\" alt=\"img5\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-id=\"525\" \/>We work hard to make our courses, programmes and workshops fun as well as educational, giving learners new opportunities to interact with people from various different backgrounds. We feel that the fun factor helps our students to digest new knowledge and makes learning a pleasure rather than a chore.<\/p>\n<p>Understandably, many of our participants\u2014particularly those facing long-term unemployment\u2014struggle with low self-esteem after repeated rejections. We strive to rebuild their confidence and re-energize them, ensuring they enter their next interview with their heads held high. Our skills-based training programs are designed to enhance problem-solving abilities and foster full community integration.
