Analyse the situation, if there is something you can do about it, do so.<\/li>\n<li>Always look at the bright side, try to keep positive.<\/li>\n<li>Share your concerns in a polite way.<\/li>\n<li>Try to relax by practicing breathing techniques, yoga, tai chi, among others.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise will help your body&#8217;s hormone levels stabilise and you&#8217;ll feel better.<\/li>\n<li>Be healthy.
