According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in its latest economic review, the unemployment rate among 16- to 17-year-olds is 35.9%, and 18% among 18- to 24-year-olds. According to the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR), numbers of vacancies will rise 10.2% in 2014. The rise reflects growing business confidence and economic growth, the association says.
