To support the young people in our community and make a difference for these young people, TESYouth is planning to facilitate a series of taster Enterprise Day workshops.
Our aim is to tackle and reduce youth unemployment by equipping and empowering young people with self-confidence, knowledge and professional skills.
To that end we are looking for like-minded partners who have appropriate rooms available where these could be hosted. This would be an excellent brand and marketing opportunity.
The day workshops will be offered to young people (aged 18-24) for free and will provide opportunities for them to begin to develop enterprising skills for starting their own business. In these sessions they will work individually and in teams developing a range of different skills and attributes such as confidence, creative thinking, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.
The workshops will also introduce young people to the processes required to plan, manage and grow their own online businesses.
Following the workshop, the young people will receive ongoing support from TESYouth as they develop their ideas, skills and business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to bolster their skills and develop an entrepreneurial spirit that will provide them with the best opportunity to succeed either in the world of employment or by alternately building their own enterprise.
